I’ve been incredibly fortunate to enjoy an amazing career in the fitness industry since the age of 17. Over the years, I’ve held various roles at David Lloyd Clubs—including Personal Trainer, Gym Manager, Boutique Studio Manager, and, for the past six years, Master Trainer—educating instructors across the UK and European clubs.
What’s been most rewarding? The constant growth—both personally and professionally. I’ve had the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, pushing my knowledge and passion for movement further than I ever thought possible.

We will talk for 60 minutes via a Microsoft teams call, there will be a structure to the call as well as freedom to let the conversation organically come together.
Afterwards you will receive an email from me with the key things we discuss so you have some takeaways to go work on. As extra support, one week later I will email you to check in with your progress which gives you the opportunity to reply with any questions that you might still have.
A non-personalised 10-week strength program is available through the CoachRX app, featuring three sessions per week.
This comprehensive total body program is designed for all fitness levels, with options and progressions for each exercise. The only equipment required is dumbbells.
The program covers all major movement patterns, ensuring your body performs optimally, while incorporating creative and varied exercises to keep you engaged.
Expect to focus on the following six major movements: Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Push, Pull, and Rotate. Additional exercises include Animalistic Moves, Mobility Moves, Reverse movements, Balance, Jump, and Grip Strength.
Four different non-personalised plans have been created, allowing you to continue improving your fitness with me for up to 40 weeks, in 10-week increments.

To make this experience personalised, we begin with "Let's talk about'. Based on our video call together I will then create a personalised 10 strength programme for you to follow.
You will also receive a weekly email in which I will educate you on how I designed your programme for you as well as nutrition advice.
I truly believe that this 10 weeks is enough for you to understand how to train yourself going forward on your own for the rest of your life. If you choose to continue with me, that will be a choose made by you not forced by me.

Absolutely. There are 4 versions of the ‘You can do it’ programme in which they progressively become more challenging. Although, each programme is designed for all abilities due to the rep range suggestion as well as you choosing your own weight with the dumbbells. Lastly, every challenging exercise comes with options for everyone to have a start point to choose from, so beginners can always choose option 1 compared to more experienced strength based clients could choose the later options.
This will be completed via a Microsoft Teams video call. It’s an open topic conversation, you can email me once you’ve made your purchase in regards to what subjects you’d like to cover and what you would like to gain from the call. At the end of our discussion, I will email you over the highlights of what we’ve discussed so you can retain the information and if needed an action plan for you to take away with you to work on.
This is perfectly normal, change is scary for us all and so is commitment to new tasks, particularly when it comes to our own training as that’s both physically and mentally demanding. The advice to get through this and choose a programme with me? Don’t be scared to fail, it’s extremely unlikely that you will complete every workout or even complete the whole workout sometimes, you just need to go into this knowing that if you give your best by the end of the 10 weeks you feel the reward both physically and mentally. The knowledge that comes along the way will also last a lifetime, let’s get learning and moving better together!
